Altered Decor Shipping Policy

 

Altered Decor's curated inventory is a combination of items from a variety of suppliers that ship from within the US.  Your order is sent out from our business location in Leechburg, PA  15656.    We source our products from a variety of suppliers, wholesalers, and local vendors and currently only ship to customers in the domestic US.  We use all the major shipping carriers at any time and select the ones with the most economical rates to keep our costs low and get the products out to you in a timely manner.  When available, we use recyclable shipping products and ship in the most economical packaging option that will accommodate your purchased item(s). As we continue to navigate the effects of COVID-19, we will work with our carrier partners and communicate any updates relevant to significant shipment delays as we are notified.

Order Processing Times

In-house inventory orders will be processed the same day that they are received and shipped within 24 hours of order date.  Please note that transit times vary and could take additional time based on location.  We try our best to get the merchandise out to you as quickly as we can and communicate where your package is each step of the way.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from Leechburg PA  15656, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information.  You will be able to track your package directly.
