ALTERED DECOR ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICY and DAMAGES
 

Thank you for shopping at Altered Decor!  We are Home Decor and a Little More.  Focusing on trending and seasonal home accessories and gifts. Our curated items are a combination of in-stock inventory from wholesalers and artisans from a variety of suppliers that ship from within the US. 

 

We offer refunds within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please be sure to open your package immediately upon receiving it.  If you have any issue, contact us at:  info@altereddecor.net and we will be happy to assist you.


Eligibility for Refunds 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS OR PAY FOR RETURN LABELS ON UNWANTED ITEMS.  You may take your return to the shipping carrier of your choice and contact us at info@altereddecor.net for directions on how to complete your return.  Please make sure your first and last name are on the package.  Upon receipt, we will inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was received and approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Please note, order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Any cancellation request after 24 hours is subject to denial, or a 15% restocking fee.  To cancel your order, please email us at info@altereddecor.net

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Most of our suppliers have a 10-day return policy on damaged items, so we will need to move quickly to resolve any issues to get the matter resolved.
